When I left the museum, the schools must have got out. The plaza was completely filled with skateboarders and other teenagers.
This one picture has almost every major Richard Meier design element:
The smooth white geometric forms reflected in work such as say, the Burda Collection Museum.
The large glass wall with horizontal shaders reflected in say, the US Courthouse in Phoenix, AZ.
The white tile reflected in...just about all of his work.
It's just missing some sunlight to get some shadow in on his canvas. Well, I guess there isn't any terra cotta either, but I don't think he did much of that until after this building.
