The client selected a floor plan that Dahlin designed a while ago which had to be updated and slightly tailored. Aside from some client requests like removing some doors, adding a useable attic space, and an entertainment wall for his bedroom, I updated some of the design oddities that I noticed. The city of Pleasanton also had some ridiculously stringent design codes that were not very friendly to design.
